At Point and Shoot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your photography gear. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Pack the item securely in its original manufacturer packaging, including all lenses, caps, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
